Mr. Ellis has over 38 years of experience in the Civil Engineering & Land Surveying profession starting out as a draftsman and working his way up to senior designer. Mr. Ellis is a highly experienced professional site designer / CAD manager with a successful track record that encompasses all aspects of the field.
