Biography

Mr. Carrara has over 20 years of experience in the Civil Engineering profession with a breadth of skills and experience ranging from land surveying to engineering design. His family’s business is excavation and site construction, so he grew up learning the practical skills of how the work he currently designs gets built.

Mr. Carrara has experience in design, permitting, and providing surveying services for various projects ranging from single family homes to residential subdivisions and commercial / industrial sites. He also provides consulting services for the Planning Boards of several local communities including plan review, construction observation, and providing cost of completion estimates for project surety.
