Biography

Mr. Jacobs has over 38 years of experience in the Land Surveying Profession. His areas of practice include Residential Subdivisions, Condominium Plans, Land Court Submittals, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Construction Layout, Conservation Filings at both the State and Local levels, Existing Conditions Plans, As-Built Plans, Project Management and Land Development.
Mr. Jacobs is highly qualified in the use of all types of Survey instrumentation, including, but not limited to GPS, Total Station and Data Collection and is highly proficient in Computer Aided Drafting. Mr. Jacobs has extensive construction management experience and has provided construction support services for various land development and public works infrastructure improvement projects throughout Massachusetts.
